well, we should check more the problems and suggestions foruns of the sites we participate to see things like that, like, how they handle problems. They clearly don't care about users or nothing here, hell they don't even follow their own privacy policy.

yeah right send them the raws, that is asking your works to REALLY be stolen, ignore them. You are better of at MT or deviart.
